Convenient access to important information
Thanks to the miniature NFC chip integrated into this watch button, the staff can identify the client/senior and view more detailed information about him.
If you need to display information about a client you just met, for example, simply scan the SOS watch button with your mobile phone.
Personalized settings
When setting up the SOS watch, you choose whether you want to display the client’s profile directly or a list of care tasks. This flexibility enables effective management of care and optimization of the intervention process in an emergency situation.
Extended battery life
We have also extended the battery life of this panic button. Now you can expect up to three times longer operation (depending on the frequency of using the SOS button).
How does the improved SOS watch work?
- They are designed to be worn on the hand and allow clients to move freely around the building
- When the button is pressed, the watch will raise an alarm in the HelpLivi apps
- By bringing a mobile phone with the HelpLivi application close, you can view the client’s/senior’s information or a list of care tasks.
- The watch also sends a notification when the battery level is low
