We have extended the offer of the panic buttons and detectors by these two new types of devices. You can order them now and ensure the better quality care for your clients.
Call for Help from Bed Easily
The new button in our offer is designed specially for the use by the bed. You simply attach its holder to the wall or directly to the bed. The button is magnetically attached to the holder, so the client can simply take it off and put it back again if necessary. The chain from the holder to the button can be shortened as needed.
Compared to our previous model, it has only one and distinct button, so the client no longer has to think about what each button means and which one to press.
When pressed, the red indicator light flashes and the device emits a sound signal. The client has the confirmation that he actually pressed the button and will not try to press it repeatedly.
Improved Water Leak Detection
The previous model was difficult to install by the wall in some spaces so we have changed the design of the water leak detector according to our clients requirements.
Therefore the new detector is horizontal and lies entirely on the floor. You can fix it firmly or let it lie freely. In addition, it also has a tilt sensor in it – so you will be notified in the application if someone overturns or grabs the detector. We have also increased the water resistance of the device. Now the detector can be completely submerged in water. It has an ingress protection rating (IP) of 68.
How Detector Works?
If the metal contacts on the bottom detect water, the detector sends a message to the HelpLivi application. This will let the staff not only know about the water leak immediately, but also have the information about where the leak is situated (e.g. room no. 5, see screen from the application below). Thus, it can quickly prevent major damage.
The detector will also send an alert when is being manipulated with by someone or if its battery is low.
Where to Use the Water Leak Detector?
Anywhere where water may leak, for example in bathrooms, laundries, boiler rooms, etc. You can place it next to the washing machine, next to the shower, under the sink, next to the toilet.
